By accessing or using moooove.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
moooove is an AI-powered platform that allows users to create avatars, edit them, generate dancing videos, and produce cinematic clips. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content based on user prompts.
To use certain features, you must create an account using your email address or a Solana wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts you provide and the content you upload. For AI-generated content (avatars, videos, clips), you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, download, share, and publish the generated content for personal and commercial purposes.
Content Restrictions: You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Public Gallery: If you choose to share content to the public gallery, other users can view it. You can remove your content from the gallery at any time.
AI-generated avatars and videos are automatically deleted 14 days after creation. You are responsible for downloading any content you wish to keep before it expires. Uploaded avatars (not AI-generated) are retained indefinitely until you delete them.
Users may earn credits through our referral program. Abuse of the referral system (including self-referrals, fake accounts, or automated signups) will result in forfeiture of referral credits and possible account termination.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as TikTok for content publishing. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. moooove is not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. AI generation depends on third-party providers and may occasionally be slow or unavailable. Failed generations will be refunded in credits.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. moooove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your content will be deleted.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
